Yacht Management

Quartershare Yacht Management offers a unique Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP) adapted from the airline industry, providing calendar-based preventive maintenance programs designed to greatly reduce down-time and maintain optimal resale.

Our Yacht Operations Center provides real time tracking of each vessel anywhere on the globe and the monitoring of all major yacht systems. This ensures the utmost safety of all passengers and crew. In an industry known for its lack of professional development, our standardized procedures for crew hiring, training and scheduling, also derived from the aviation industry, attracting the best and the brightest. By instituting crew rotations and predictable schedules we are able to provide our captains and crew members with the ability to have lives beyond the waters. Charter Management

With Quartershare yacht charter revenue averaging $98,000 per week, our charter sales and marketing department is made up of a team of very experienced charter sales professionals offering the only managed fleet program in the world. Charter Revenues are directed back to the owners.
