Quartershare is the most innovative, well-designed yacht operations model in the world. Our commitment to excellence and to our owners, their guests and Charter clients is second to none. Yacht crew members much like airline crews, have a rewarding and professional schedule. They do not live aboard except while on duty. All yacht crew members and maintenance personel are carefully screened and go through extensive background checks. Quartershare has a standardization training program in which all crew members must take part on an annual basis regardless of experience.
Account Executives, owner services team, office staff, yacht charter sales, operations support, and administrative personnel are all equally important in the Quartershare program.
